If you have trouble sleeping, you also may have trouble eating a healthy diet.  A survey by researchers found that people who did not get enough sleep were less likely to cook their own meals and more likely to eat fast food.
Although a few sleepless nights may not derail your diet, over time, they could lead to weight gain and other health problems associated with a high fat diet.
